The Synod of the Church of the Genuine Orthodox Christians of Greece, under the presidency of His Beatitude, the ever-memorable Archbishop Chrysostomos II of Athens and All-Greece through its Synodal Act, of Oct 2/15, 2003 Protocol Number 719 established an Eparchial Synod for the Church in America with Metropolitan Pavlos of America as its President.
The members of the Eparchial Synod are:

Ἡ Ἱερὰ Σύνοδος τῆς Ἐκκλησίας τῶν Γνησίων Ὀρθοδόξων Χριστιανῶν, ὑπὸ τὴν προεδρίαν τοῦ ἀειμνήστου Ἀρχιεπισκόπου Ἀθηνῶν καὶ πάσης Ἑλλάδος κ.κ. Χρυσοστόμου Β', διὰ τῆς Συνοδικῆς πράξεως τῆς 2ας/15ης Ὀκτωβρίου 2003 ἀριθμοῦ πρωτ. 719, ἴδρυσε Ἐπαρχιακὴν Σύνοδον διὰ τὴν ἐν Ἀμερικῇ Ἐκκλησίαν ὑπὸ τὴν προεδρίαν τοῦ Σεβασμιωτάτου Μητροπολίτου Ἀμερικῆς κ. Παύλου.

Q. I noticed that we call the angels Michael and Gabriel "Saint." I thought the title "Saint" was only given to humans who have proven themselves Godly. Do you mind clarifying this for me? Is there a deeper meaning to "Saint" that I am not aware of?
